The New Venture Fair is part of UC Santa Barbara's New Venture Program, in which students from all academic disciplines work for several months to develop start-up business models for innovative product ideas. The Fair, which serves as the New Venture Competition (NVC) semi-finals, is an event where the community gets a first look at UCSB's exceptional student entrepreneurs. The New Venture Fair will be held April 25th from 5:00-7:30pm at Corwin Pavilion.
Please join UC Santa Barbara’s New Venture Fair, on Thursday, April 25th at 5:00pm, at Corwin Pavilion on the UCSB campus. The Fair will highlight the business ideas of 20 student teams in a trade show format, complete with product demonstrations and poster board presentations. They invite you to circulate through the booths, learn more about each business, and vote for your favorites to advance to the New Venture Competition (NVC) Finals. Finalists will be announced following the event on the Technology Management Website.
The New Venture Fair will be open from 5:00pm to 7:30pm, and refreshments and appetizers will be served.
