Prior to attending the session, you are required to:

  2. Review the Step by Step tutorial (PowerPoint or PDF)
  3. Review the Graduate Division's website on Filing Your Thesis, Dissertation, or DMA Supporting Document
  4. Compile all of your questions
  5. If you are ready for an advisor to conduct a pre-check of your document, you must bring printed copies of preliminary pages and at least one chapter (along with any other pages you want checked) for an Advisor to review.

Ryan Sims, the Graduate Division Academic Counselor will be hosting a resources table that includes information about how he supports our graduate students, interdisciplinary emphases, career guides, and other campus resources.

Even if you can't attend the session, we encourage you to review the above resources, contact an Academic Services staff member if you have questions, or drop in to the Graduate Division for a pre-check during business hours.
