The Graduate Student Resource Center is hosting a workshop on writing a​ diversity statement for an academic position on Tuesday, August 16. The workshop is open to all UCSB graduate students and postdocs.

The workshop, led by MRL faculty members Omar Saleh and Ram Seshadri, is aimed towards graduate students and post-­doctoral fellows in Engineering and the Sciences who are contemplating applying for faculty positions and building a career as an academic.
