One of the most essential writing genres for a graduate student to master is one that is rarely formally taught: grant/fellowship applications. Because every grant/fellowship has its own style, this workshop on January 23 will focus on larger genre concerns, such as how to identify your audience, how to make your work sound important, and how to figure out what a particular agency is looking to fund.
