Reduction in rental cost for the San Clemente Village Apartments beginning 2016-17

For 2016-17, monthly graduate student rental rates will be set at 20% below the current year’s rates. The rent for a room in a two bedroom apartment will be $874 per month and the rent for a room in a four bedroom apartment will be $764.
