This âannual conference aims to prepare UCSB graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in all stages and disciplines to pursue a wide range of career options. This year, organizers have lined up a day and half of keynote speakers, interactive workshops, diverse career panels, and networking âevents to give attendees the opportunity to learn about potential careers in a variety of sectors and specialties outside of and alongside academia.
