UC Santa Barbara graduate students have access to a number of services, resources, and templates to help build their
professional identity.
Letterhead

Pick from three different types of University letterhead to suite your style and preferences. Please keep in mind that the University of California Santa Barbara seal is typically reserved for official communications from the Chancellor’s office, legal documents, financial documents, awards, and other formal university communications.
PowerPoint Slides

Microsoft PowerPoint templates are available in a standard (4:3) print-friendly format, as well as a widescreen (16:9) format that's great for screen-only presentations. The type is pre-set to Century Gothic, campus colors are built into the theme, and there are various slide layout options to choose from.
Research Posters

Websites
Although graduate students do not yet have access to pre-made website templates, you can use the resources on the Brand website (including web fonts and branded colors) to customize a theme on your favorite web-hosting platform.
Email Signature
Every graduate student receives an @ucsb email address upon entry into their program and we encourage you to stand out in your professional identity by using a UCSB signature. Create a branded email signature using this generator tool and it couldn't be easier to set yourself up for success.
High-Quality Digital Images
The UC Santa Barbara Digital Asset Library is curated by the Office of Public Affairs & Communications, and assets are free of charge for staff & faculty members.
