You've almost survived fall quarter. While you are knee-deep in your work and research, we want to remind you to also take care of yourself mentally and physically, and to not forget about all the awesome resources that are available to you during your time here at UCSB. Don't know what is out there? An online list of graduate student resources are now available on the Graduate Division website. This is a (non-exhaustive) list of campus organizations with descriptions and digital copies of handouts distributed at the 2016 New Graduate Student Orientation and Resource Fair.

For example, you can learn how to take advantage of your healthcare and understand your benefits, get in the loop for upcoming concerts and performances, and find out how you can you develop your professional skills now to get you the job you want later. Get familiar with what is out there and get involved, because knowledge is power and, frankly, you can probably use a break. Bookmark it today!
