Peace Programs: The Carter Center's peace programs strengthen freedom, democracy, and access to information in nations worldwide, securing for people the political and civil rights that are the foundation of just and peaceful societies.

Health Programs: The Carter Center's health programs fill vacuums in global health, helping to prevent needless suffering and build hope for millions of the world's poorest people.
