Career Services has several special events and programs in place to help you with career planning and development. Below, find some important events/dates, along with their digital Fall 2022 Digital Calendar.

2 days of Resume Review!
Students can get their resume critiqued in one-on-one virtual sessions with employers.

Prep with the Pros
Series starts Monday, October 3, 11a-12p
Prepare for virtual career fairs and fall recruitment by attending these workshops about resumes, cover letters, networking and interview strategies! All events are presented by employers from a wide variety of industries and companies, including Enterprise, L'Oreal and LogicMonitor. Visit Handshake for more information about this series.

Fall Job + Internship Fair
Thursday, October 13, 10a-2p
Join us in-person at the Events Center and meet face to face with recruiters from all different industries and talk with them about internship and job opportunities. Sign up here

Graduate + Professional Schools Fair
Thursday, October 20, 10a-2:00p
Exploring your options after graduation and looking to advance your degree after UCSB? Stop by the main walkway from Events Center to bike roundabout to meet in-person with admissions officers from a variety of grad programs and professional schools. Check out Handshake to learn which programs are coming to campus.

Networking in the 805 Mixer
Wednesday, November 2, 11a-1p
Mingle in-person with a small group of local employers in a casual networking session, learning more about the unique opportunities available to UCSB students. Bring resumes. Snacks and beverages will be served. Sign up here

Other Resources
In addition to these events, students can always engage in Career Peer Advising services Monday through Friday from 9a-4p in the Career Resource Room (Building 599). Lastly, students can always check out the online toolkit to use Focus 2 for career exploration, VMock for resume reviews, and BigInterview for interview preparation.
