On October 16, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will host Hold Me Tight, a workshop for graduate students that teaches skills that can help enhance your relationship with your significant other.

On October 16, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will host Hold Me Tight, a workshop for graduate students that teaches skills that can help enhance your relationship with your significant other. Participants will learn how to communicate in a new way, how to regulate emotions when both partners are in distress, and how to respond and support one another. These and other skills can be used to address common difficulties among graduate student relationships. Students​ may register either as a couple or as an individual.
