Grad students, invest in your long-term mental health! Join Health & Wellness for a FREE 4-session workshop series that will teach you the ins and outs of mindfulness and meditation using evidence-based curriculum designed specifically for you. The series includes a mobile app and complimentary course book. You MUST commit to all 4 sessions in order to enroll. Space limited to 10 graduate students.
When: August 15, 22, 29, and September 5, 5pm-6pm
