Rapid COVID-19 tests are now available for free. Each household is eligible for four tests, which are expected to ship within 7 to 12 days. If more than four tests are needed, private insurances are required to reimburse the cost of up to 8 tests per month. Visit covidtests.gov to order your test!
COVID-19 testing also remains available without charge through the Student Health Patient Portal.
Also, remember that UC Santa Barbara students and staff are required to provide proof they have received a COVID-19 booster shot by Jan 31. Boosters will be available in Isla Vista from the SB County Department of Public Health at Embarcadero Hall January 10-28 on weekdays 9am-5pm, with appointments available through the MyTurn system.
