Fielding Graduate University seeks a Research Associate to work on a research and curriculum development project for a National Science Foundation (NSF) Grant focused on academic leadership that broadens participation for under-represented minorities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields, with special attention to efforts at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The position will require critical analysis and abstracting of research, curricula, and related technical materials that will inform academic leadership professional development, as well as the design of blended-delivery curricula for academic leadership.
Location: While primarily working with Fielding staff in Santa Barbara, the position will also support efforts with project leadership and staff nationally.
Who should apply: Applicants should possess a doctoral degree in leadership, higher education, organizational development, psychology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience, as well as a minimum of two years of research experience.
