The Rady MicroMBA, a program run out of UC San Diego, is now open to all graduate students and postdocs. This course, which runs July and August 2023, is designed to allow STEM researchers to get a basic understanding of the business topics they might encounter should they decide to take their research from the lab to market.

The Rady MicroMBA, a program run out of UC San Diego, is now open to all graduate students. This course is designed to allow STEM graduate students and postdocs to get a basic understanding of the business topics they might encounter should they decide to take their research from the lab to market.

Participants will be introduced to world-class researchers who will serve as instructors, become immersed in the program's quantitative STEM-designated coursework, learn alongside like minded peers and build their network.

The MicroMBA is a seven-week program, with each course offering a glimpse into the full MBA program at the Rady School of Management. The courses will be held online via Zoom from July 12-August 30, with select in-person networking opportunities available.

The program will provide essential business tools and insights for participants to bring back to their graduate studies or full time work in science, health or technology.
