Join UCSB students, faculty, and staff from underrepresented backgrounds for a discussion around the challenges they have faced while learning, teaching, and working at UCSB. During this event, the group will begin brainstorming and sharing strategies to help underrepresented Gauchos navigate their academic and professional lives at UCSB. The discussion will also address the possibility of creating a working group that meets regularly to address multicultural issues faced at UCSB and off-campus as well.

If you are a member of an underrepresented population (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, class, or any other underrepresented identity) or want to join in supporting these groups on campus, please join us in this important conversation.

This event is co-sponsored by the ONDAS Student Center and UCSB Graduate Division.
