The goal of this workshop are:
- Understand your "attachment style" in relationship
- Enhance both partner's sense of security in relationship
- Identify people's common pattern of fights
- Regulate hot emotions during a conflict
- Learn skills of de-escalating the conflict, repair and reconnect
