This workshop, specifically designed for UCSB graduate students in their 1st and 2nd years, will teach you the necessary elements of life management while pursuing your advanced degree. You will learn how to deal with projects, time management, prioritizing, decision-making, sequencing, and reducing stress by attaining better life-work balance and creating structure where none is imposed. The goal is to have you leave with a new sense of empowerment that you can apply immediately.

About the Presenter
Juli Shulem (PCC, CPC, MS) has been a Professional Productivity Coach and Time Management Consultant for many years. She has a passion for working with college students and has experience working with PhD and Post-Doc students in helping them complete their degree and move on to successful careers. Her goal is to provide PhD students with the tools and techniques they need to successfully graduate.
Juli has trained individuals and companies to make better decisions, learn to prioritize, manage tasks efficiently, become better organized, and more effective overall. Her presentations have received rave reviews. Her work at Santa Barbara City College in their Career Skills Institute training in both Time Management and Leadership & Communication, in addition to webinars to students across the nation, have helped improve the study habits and life management skills at all stages of life.
