The Mental Health Peer Program is hosting an upcoming workshop for graduate students on impostor syndrome. Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent, internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud." This workshop explores this concept and provides tips on how to manage these feelings.
