The fear and uncertainty surrounding the pandemic and being in quarantine away from friends and family can be overwhelming. Health & Wellness invites all grad students to join this May 20th workshop to learn how to use mindfulness practices to address these fears.

The Graduate Student Wellness Program invites all graduate students to participate in this guided meditation. This workshop will teach you how to use mindfulness methods to address the fear you may be experiencing in light of the pandemic and surrounding uncertainties about home, school, and money.
