Graduate Student in Education

In 2013-2014, the UCSB campus faced a series of incidents, culminating in an off-campus shooting. With applications falling, UCSB had to put its best face forward to attract students. In Kyle's research on content strategy at UCSB Admissions, he found that UCSB didn't so much rebrand as rediscover who they really were all along: a community.
