Led by Dr. Robert Hamm, UCSB's Fulbright Program Advisor, this session will cover types of grants, the components of a Fulbright application, tips for putting together the best Fulbright application possible, and the campus interview process. There will be ample time for Q&A.
The Fulbright is one of the largest and most prestigious international exchange programs worldwide, offering opportunities for students to undertake international study, research, and teaching.
Eligibility: U.S. citizens only. Permanent residents are not eligible.

The Fulbright competition is now open, and the national deadline is October 11, 2016, at 5 p.m. Eastern time. UCSB's campus deadline is Friday, âAugust 26, 2016.
