Rickie Smith from the Graduate Division's Academic Services unit will offer a newly formatted workshop on filing your dissertation/thesis on Monday, ​​May 8. Please follow the instructions below and complete BEFORE attending the workshop (this is required):

1. Watch the Dissertation and Thesis Filing Online Tutorial

2. Watch the instructional video for how to e-file with ProQuest

3. Review the Filing Tutorial page

4. Write down and bring all of your questions to the workshop

5. Print out your thesis or dissertation draft (or just the preliminary pages and one chapter) to bring to the workshop for a "pre-check."

During this time, Academic Advisors from the Graduate Division will be available to: meet with you individually to answer questions about the process and conduct a pre-check of your printed thesis/dissertation. This workshop will operate as a drop-in session.

Additionally, Graduate Division's Academic Counselor (Ryan Sims) will be available during this time for support, referrals to campus resources, and tips on communication and time management to get you through the thesis/dissertation writing process!
