The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) call for applications is now open! Depending on your area of study, deadlines begin on October 24. Recipients of this three-year fellowship are awarded a $12,000 education allowance and a $32,000 stipend per award year.

A sizeable number of UCSB's graduate student population is funded through fellowships from the National Science Foundation (NSF). With the right advice and preparation, you could join the ranks as well! To learn more about crafting a successful application, join us for a panel discussion, hosted by the Graduate Division, on the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). Interested graduate students from all disciplines - including STEM, social sciences, and the humanities - are encouraged to attend.
