The UCSB Blum Center on Poverty, Inequality, and Democracy is recruiting a Graduate Student Assistant to work alongside their Blum student team, and Associate Director, to advance thinking and engagement on poverty, inequality, and democracy both on and off campus. The deadline to apply is Thursday, December 9th at 12PM (noon) PST.

The NYU Abu Dhabi Research Institute invites applications for its first Graduate Student Workshop to be hosted March 6-9, 2022 at NYU Abu Dhabi. Doctoral students with a Ph.D. project related to the Arab world and that are currently in the writing stage are invited to apply. The application deadline is December 10, 2021.

The UCSB Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is currently seeking applicants for a Graduate Intern. This internship will begin immediately upon hire for the entirety of the 2021-2022 academic year. The Graduate Intern will support the department by working collaboratively with the EOP Management Team to assist in its assessment efforts utilizing a mixed-methodological approach that captures quantitative and qualitative data to create a holistic picture of students' experiences.
