The Interdisciplinary Humanities Center's research focus group, What is a Shakespeare: Shakespeare and Global Media, will be hosting a discussion of the film Noh Macbeth, a Japanese adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth from 2006 (available for free via the MIT Global Shakespeare Archive). Join them via Zoom this Thursday, December 9th from 4-5pm PST. All are welcome!

Graduate student Damaris Garcia Valerio joined Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) this quarter as their new Graduate Mental Health Peer. She is working with the Mental Health Peer Program to assist graduate students on issues related to mental health and wellness. Instructional Development is seeking 5-7 international graduate student Teaching Assistants to volunteer for an Instructional Development video and share their experiences as an International TA at UCSB.

The UC Office of the President has mandated Influenza vaccinations (flu shots) for all faculty, staff, and students who will be working, living, or learning on a UC campus anytime during the 2021-2022 flu season, no later than November 19, 2021.
