Membership in the NCFDD (free for UCSB students!) provides several forms of professional support to help combat common problems academics face.

The UCSB Library will be offering an ORCID workshop for graduate students on Wednesday, June 7 from 12-1pm in Library Classroom 1312. ORCID is a unique, persistent digital identifier that you own and control, and that distinguishes you from every other researcher.

Virginia Tech is now accepting applications for the 2023 Future Faculty Diversity Program. This three-day program is designed to encourage graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to consider faculty positions at Virginia Tech. Application deadline is August 15.
