With this year’s theme of “Re-envisioning Roles,” the Engaging Teaching Symposium invites participants to submit research-based contributions as well as case-studies that make use of available evidence to discuss improved teaching, student learning and engagement, or professional development as teachers. UC Santa Barbara’s National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis (NCEAS) Learning Hub is hosting our next coreR course in October 2023. This is a five-day introductory course on collaborative, open, reproducible, and essential data science skills. Register by August 18.
