Check out a new mentorship program called The Rancho Academy, designed for students interested in a faculty or administrator career at the community college level. The program is a six-week to ten-week commitment at no cost and students will be matched with a faculty or administrator mentor. The eFellows program places early career PhDs in engineering fields in university research postdoctoral fellowships. The UCSB Women's Center is hiring a graduate student to help with programming. The Women’s Center is the primary organization on campus dedicated to providing education on women’s issues, feminism, healthy masculinities, and gender and social equity. In addition, it serves as a conduit for many other women’s and social justice organizations, and a site for mentorship and external educational programs.
