UCSB Arts & Lectures' popular FREE Summer Cinema Series “Hot Fun in the Summertime” kicked off last Wednesday, July 6 at UCSB Campbell Hall, and continues through August 26. Films also screen Fridays at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse Sunken Garden. Wednesday screenings at Campbell Hall are open to UCSB students only (UCSB student ID required).

Collaborate employs tech-savvy and service-oriented graduate students to serve as Instructional Design Assistants. Available roles include 50 percent positions with fee remission and 25 percent positions without fee remission. For the academic year 2022-2023 these positions will be remote. Apply by August 26. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is a highly competitive international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. In the 2022-23 award cycle, 15 students applied from UCSB, 6 were selected as finalists, 2 were selected as alternates, and 4 were selected as semi-finalists.
