The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity is hosting two events for graduate students the week of May 30, 2022. The UC Center Sacramento is excited to announce its seventh annual Emerging Scholars Award for Excellence in Research and Public Policy. The award will recognize excellence in graduate student research with a direct impact on public policy. The recipients of the Emerging Scholars Award will receive a $750 prize and will deliver a policy lecture at UCCS. The deadline to apply is June 16th.

The 2022 MFA Thesis Art Show, It Appears to Be a Circle, is now open at UCSB's Art, Design, & Architecture Museum! This exhibition, which features the work of Marisa de la Peña, Tom Dunn, and Chad Ress, will be available until May 29th. Also, don't miss the Kinder Art Exhibit this coming Saturday, May 21 from 12-4p. This event will be held in the Jewel Box Gallery of the AD&A Museum.
