The Office of Summer Sessions is hiring an Academic Programs Assistant. Under the supervision of the Director of Academic Programs, the Academic Programs Assistant is a key member of the administrative and academic team, providing executive-level support with program application evaluations for admission, program development, planning and preparation, team leadership, recruitment, in-session assistance, and assessment. UCSB Early Childhood Care & Education Services is seeking a graduate student intern to work as a Special Projects Coordinator. The position will work on the Undergraduate Teaching Assistant Program, the Enrichment Program, and on other special projects. The position pays $18.00 per hour for up to 20 hours per week. Instructional Development is seeking 5-7 international graduate student Teaching Assistants to volunteer for an Instructional Development video and share their experiences as an International TA at UCSB.

The UC Office of the President has mandated Influenza vaccinations (flu shots) for all faculty, staff, and students who will be working, living, or learning on a UC campus anytime during the 2021-2022 flu season, no later than November 19, 2021.
