Instructional Development is offering a workshop for students who plan to complete a Certificate in College and University Teaching through UCSB. This workshop will assist doctoral students who have completed at least two of the CCUT requirements in presenting their teaching materials, documenting their student ratings, and more.

The UCSB Public Speaking Initiative is seeking an individual with a particular talent for and interest in maintaining and improving their website and online presence. Salary commensurate with experience but normally in the range of $25-30 per hour for approximately 30 hours per quarter.

The Office of the Registrar will be conducting an online training on FERPA (the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) this winter quarter to provide more in-depth, comprehensive training for faculty and graduate students.

UCSB’s Gevirtz Graduate School of Education is pleased to present 2018 GGSE Grad Slam on Tuesday, April 3. This is a non-competitive event that allows graduate students to share their research within three minutes with the rest of the GGSE community. Deadline to register is Friday, February 9.
