Join UCSB's CCAMPIS on April 27 for a talk by Mary Rose Gates-Bowes and Marian Harms from CALM on understanding emotions in children. Participants will gain information and learn strategies related to understanding and effectively responding to children's feelings, emotional reactions, and emotional needs. The RCSGD is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Education Initiatives and a Graduate Student Assistant for the 2021-22 school year. These positions contribute to the RCSGD mission of facilitating the intersectional inclusion and representation of the identities, experiences, and concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+) students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members at UCSB. Students at any point in their graduate programs are welcome to apply by May 3, 2021 at 9am. Read on for more info.
